1. Acceptance

By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. This application is for internal use only by authorized employees of VESPIRA PLUS SRL.

2. Access

Access is restricted. You may use the app only:

• As part of your job responsibilities

• On assets owned or managed by VESPIRA PLUS SRL.

• According to company IT and security policies

Unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Use of Facebook Data

The application connects to Facebook APIs. You agree to use all Facebook data:

• Only for internal advertising purposes

• Only on Facebook assets belonging to VESPIRA PLUS SRL

• In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms

You must not attempt to access personal data beyond what is provided by Facebook’s official APIs.

4. Restrictions

Users must not:

• Grant access to external parties

• Circumvent security restrictions

• Use Facebook data for personal purposes

• Store exported Facebook data outside approved systems

5. Termination

The company may revoke access at any time. Upon leaving the company, all access is automatically removed.

6. Liability

The application is provided “as is.” The company is not responsible for operational issues, lost data, or API limitations imposed by Facebook.
